Option 1:
(a 2-hour once-off consultation)
Book and request your once-off, 2-hour consultation. Provide 3 suitable
options for a consultation date and time.
Consultations must be scheduled at least
7 days in advance.
You receive an email/WhatsApp/sms to
confirm your consultation date and time.
Make your payment – please note that consultations and
appointments are only reserved once we
have received your payment
/proof of payment. .
(COMPULSORY)
Complete the online client information form at least 2 business days prior
to the consultation date.
This provides me time to process it prior
to the appointment.
If this form is not completed in time, the appointment will be postponed
Attend the consultation (either online or in person). During this consultation we
discuss your nutritional requirements,
goals, objectives, medical history, food preferences, and how to feel happy
with yourself and your meals. I offer advice on how to plan a healthy
and nutritious meal, discuss healthy food
habits, and give guidelines for your journey.
Please note: this 2-hour session may be done in two one-hour appointments.

Option 2:
(2 consultations plus a personalised one-week meal plan)
Request a date and time for both
consultations. Provide 3 suitable options for each.
∙The first consultation is 45 minutes.
∙The second consultation is 1 hour and
15 minutes.
∙They must be scheduled at least 8 days
apart.
∙Your initial 45 minute appointment must be scheduled at least 7 days in advance.
You receive an email/WhatsApp/sms to
confirm your consultation date and time.
Make your payment – please note that consultations and
appointments are only reserved once we
have received your payment
/proof of payment. .

Attend the first 45-minute consultation. This is a quick session
to understand your nutritional goals, objectives, medical history, food
preferences, expectations and information needed to create your
personalised, one-week meal plan.
After ± 7 business days you receive:
∙Your personalised one-week meal plan.
∙All relevant recipes.
∙A grocery list.
You attend the 1½ hour consultation.
During this consultation:
∙We discuss your meal plan and your new,
healthy lifestyle.
∙If necessary, we adjust to suit your personal
preferences and lifestyle.
∙We discuss how to feel happy with what
you eat.
∙We discuss your journey forward.
∙I guide you to compile your own meal plan
in the future.
You are welcome to schedule additional
appointments at any time in the future should
you require assistance or information.

After the consultation a brochure containing
all the exciting information for your
journey is emailed to you.
